Damaged, incorrect or defective items
Email support@funtimefashion.com within 30 calendar days after delivery if your item arrives damaged, is different from what you ordered, or has a manufacturing or printing defect.
Include your order number, a description of the problem and clear photos showing the item and the issue. We’ll review the details with our production partner and arrange a replacement at no additional cost or a refund for a verified issue.
Please do not mail an item back without instructions from our Support Team. We’ll tell you whether a return is needed and how to handle it.
Choosing your size and color
Our shirts are made to order. We do not offer ordinary returns or exchanges for a size or color you selected incorrectly, or because you changed your mind, except where applicable law gives you that right.
Check the product’s size chart and your selected size and color before payment. Product photos and screens can show color differently, and the gallery may show an example color rather than your selected option. These differences do not excuse an incorrect item or a verified defect.
Cancellation and change requests
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. We’ll try to act before production starts. Cancellation or changes are not guaranteed after an order begins processing or production.
If we approve a cancellation before production, we’ll confirm it and arrange the appropriate refund. Your rights when we cannot meet a promised shipment timeframe are explained in our shipping policy.
How refunds work
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. We’ll confirm when a refund has been issued. The time it takes to appear depends on the payment provider and your bank; we do not promise a fixed bank-processing time.
A refund issued to us by our production partner is separate from your refund. Please contact Funtime Fashion for help with your purchase.
Mystery Tee designs
The Mystery Tee collection is still in development and is not open for orders. When it launches, the design will be a surprise as described in the offer. Receiving an artwork choice you would not have picked yourself will not, by itself, be a defect. The same help for incorrect, damaged or defective items will apply.
Your consumer rights
This policy does not limit any non-waivable rights or remedies you have under applicable law. Funtime Fashion purchases are sold by Gold Standard Builder Services LLC.
